Quotes/estimates Provided will be honoured for 30 Days . A new Quote/estimate will be provided upon request.
A standard contract will be signed online prior to comencement of work.
All communication will be handeled by email . Email communication is open till 10days after completion and delivery of job.
Phone consultation is only provided for projects above $600
Payments Accepted : PayPal , Check , Money bookers and Master/visa Card through Paypal.
Chargebacks are NEVER acceptable means of refund . To request a Chargeback on your Credit Card for a Valid Transaction is considered Fraud . Should a Chargeback is filed against the designer we will not hesitate to proceed with collection and legal action in order to recover funds
Contents to be provided by the client
ie Punch lines , heading , text , images/illustrations if any ( suggested by the designer/approved by the client will be charged separately)
