All content on the one8edegree.com / one8edegree.com/blog web site including the elements of design and layout unless otherwise noted, is copyrighted material, and may not be reproduced or imitated in whole or in part. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law. 
one8edegree.com retain full rights to the work you have commissioned them to design until after you have fully paid for them.

Confidentiality
Otherwise stated, one8edegree.com keeps the right to display ( in the one8edegree.com portfolio and/or any affiliate site) the outcome of any design order. If you need a Non-Disclosure Agreement signed by Sosfactory please contact us to discuss your needs before the quote is given, it could change the price of the service.

Refund Policy
If the work fails to meet your satisfaction, please contact us within 48 hours of Downpayment to formally request a refund. Before you receive your refund, however, you acknowledge that as a condition of receiving the refund, you will have deleted and/or destroyed any previously designed images provided by one8edegree.com. After that one8edegree.com keeps all rights of the designs and it could be sold.

Work Process

• Quotes/estimates Provided will be honoured for 30 Days . A new Quote/estimate will be provided upon request.
• A standard contract will be signed online prior to comencement of work.
• All communication will be handeled by email . Email communication is open till 10days after completion and delivery of job.
• Phone consultation is only provided for projects above $600
• Payments Accepted : PayPal , Check , Money bookers and Master/visa Card through Paypal.
• Chargebacks are NEVER acceptable means of refund . To request a Chargeback on your Credit Card for a Valid Transaction is considered Fraud . Should a Chargeback is filed against the designer we will not hesitate to proceed with collection and legal action in order to recover funds
• Contents to be provided by the client
  ie Punch lines , heading , text , images/illustrations if any ( suggested by the designer/approved by the client will be charged separately)

Designers/One8edegree Studios reserves the rights to modify these terms Without prior notice.

How much does an illustration cost?

Prices depends upon several factors ie complexity of illustration , style requirement , Rights of Usage , project type.
Custom illustrations for Editorial , Advertising Campaigns , Mascot , logo , Representations , Licencing , Carricature usually starts from $250 and above.

Illustrations for Licencing Costs?

To be payd in advance usually licencing fees and Royalties %

What is the turnaround Time?

Turn around usually depends upon complexity of the illustration and style . Kindly Check and mention in Estimate provided to you which will accompany the schedule . If the Schedule doesnt fit your time frame talk to us we will come up with a solution . Usually additional small amount of charges to prioritise your project.

When does the Work begin ?

As soon as you have made down payments and signed the contract we will start your project. Usually within 12 hrs of advance payment.

How do i keep track of the development?

All converstations will be handeled through email . you can login to your client area to submit reviews and comments . Information will be provided

Copyrights Right Transfer

When you buy illustration service kindly mention which kind or rights you require. This effects the final price. In case you have a tight budget let me know so we can come up with a targeted rights direction.

Expect to pay more for more rights:

You need a custom illustration but you dont need exclusive rights ( Tight Budget , One8e Studios reserves the right to the image to resale / redistribute in any form)

You need a custom illustration and exclusive right for a specific period ie 1 year or a time frame . ( One8ede Studios will not use resale or distribute the illustration for specific time )

You need all rights to the illustration . we will not resale or reuse the illustration in any form ie full rights ( Additional Buyout Cost)
