ok i have been lazy , not really lazy but i have slowed down , three days i didnt work on any illustrations! yikes i am falling behind…due to weekend and getting ready for my anual vacation it seems an impossible task!!  anyway i tried to catch up today and created around 13  images and forgot to save 1!!!! inshort 12 for today . Now you will ask how come 11! thanks to my Retro ID Tool Box which i had created a while back …. after all this is stock imagery… here are the previews …

Ok here is my mid of day 5 end of day post and here i am with three new illustrations reason i couldnt catch up with 5 is that i had to make previews of eps and insert meta data for posting to sites. I have reached 31 images in 5 days time… not bad and what i am learning is that this speed illustrations have polished my illustrations you are welcome to comment though critically i will appriciate that!

Wow! now this is what is called a referral programme , crestock lauched today its referral programme , you earn  50% of all the money they spend for the first 6 months of their membership and 10% from sales of new recruit!! cool isnt it! and refferal earning are combined with your sales earnings so you can get them out easily , not like stockexpert where you will wait ages to get some refferal cash out! if you are already not selling on Crestock now is the time to do so , and if you are not reffering now is the time…

Going through net i came across this tutorial which shows how to create your own HDR images . Well although i am not much into photography it is just limited to photographing my kids with my Cannon 400D and guess what i am not making any use of this camera , i dont know how to !.. ughhh … anyway this tutorial gives some interesting explaination for producing HDR images. … But will that work for stock?

End of Day 3 of Stock illustration challenge 4 images created for today , but due to megraine i cant continue but still i am going well towards my target 24 created in 3 days…..not bad

Came across this stock image site YayMicro.com . Since i am already in the mind phase of submitting images to the stock sites then why not to this one . I found out the submitting process to be quite smooth as they have said they wanted to keep the whole site KISS ( Keep it simple Stupid ) so they did! for submitting vectors you just need to submit eps like at 123rf . This is what i like the most !! And the most interesting part is that finally i am seeing a website paying you in Euros!!! yes after all that form discussions finally a website in Euro payouts!. I know the site doesnt have any Google rank and it is not very well knows but hey they havent officially launched their selling side as yet. Though they are accepting images creative as well as editorial . You can recieve upto 50% comission which is not many stock sites giving!?!?! The good thing that i have understood is that contributor royalty is €1 for subscription sales which are restricted to medium size yes! restricted size for sub sale … finally we can opt in for that with some dignity …. check it out sign up and give it a try!

Ok it is mid of day 2 i am still uploading yesterday’s illustrations , dreamstime has this bad uploading for eps once image gets approved then you can submit eps . Which makes the whole process of uploading so long!. Anyway stock expert i have uploaded images and still need to keyword them this is about yesterday’s  15 images , illustrations of Day1 . And today i have created 5 illustrations already! . now i need to make jpgs and clean them up so hopefully by the end of the day i will push them as well for uploading .. i am doing well till now i hope that tomorrow i am in the same spirit as well! Today’s series is men in Blue you can view a small preview here… and maybe tomorrow i will continue working on the same series with 5 more imges……

Yes!! did it , created 15 yes 15 backgrounds floral and artistic , Although i was hoping to get myself get into the challenge and create just 5 atleast i created 15! , Now the bigger task awaits . Submitting and keywording which as i said i will do after the end of week 1 .
